Firm Profile

Thomas J. LaBombard, P.E. was founded in 1996 and provides general engineering services. While our primary focus is in the civil and environmental disciplines we have the capability of providing building systems engineering. Our range of services is wide, providing full service engineering for our clients in the public and private sectors. While the majority of our clients needs are site and infrastructure engineering, we also provide structural, mechanical, electrical and environmental permitting. Additionally, we provide the engineering services required for asbestos abatement projects.

By partnering with architects and firms in specialized engineering disciplines, particularly geotechnical and surveying, we are able to provide full service to our clients. Our extensive use of state of the art technology helps us to provide drawings through CADD that are accurate, consistent, and comprehensive. Additionally, we use computer technology for storm water analysis, water and sewer distribution lines.

From our location in Keeseville, New York, (between Plattsburgh and Lake Placid) we primarily serve the region consisting of (but not limited to) Northern New York, Eastern New York, and Western Vermont. As a client focused firm we make every effort to provide our clients every information they need to make well-informed decisions on their projects. We maintain membership in the National Society of Professional Engineers and fully subscribe to the Code of Ethics as promoted by the Society. Other memberships include American Society of Civil Engineers, Society of American Military Engineers, Vermont Society of Professional Engineers, and the National Fire Protection Association.
